Judge McHaney
Judge Mike McHaney has been on the bench for the last sixteen years of his legal career, three of those were spent as the Chief Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit. Previously, McHaney was a trial lawyer in Central & Southern Illinois for twenty-four years. Judge McHaney has a proven track record as a Constitutional Originalist. A vote for McHaney is a vote against tyranny.
Judge Mike McHaney is a Republican Candidate for the Fifth District Appellate Court of Illinois. Primary Election to be held June 28. 2022 and General Election will be held November 8. 2022.
